Stress, struggle and suffering are a part of the human condition.  People do the best they can to manoeuvre challenges and cultivate fulfilling lives.  In tough times, it is so common to feel stuck, overwhelmed, numb or stressed out. In these states, it is so common to rely heavily on behaviours that give relief in the moment, yet fail to provide long-term solutions and even complicate the situation.

You may be here because you want to take that necessary next step – getting help.  Psychotherapy can be an immensely helpful support to increase awareness and illuminate effective action.  As a psychotherapist, I have two decades of experience providing compassionate, and collaborative care that draws on evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT and mindfulness.
